The "Diamond PM" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Rock & Rhum. It was distilled in 2013 from Molasses with a Double Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 53% and the mark is PM. Sympathique dégustation de Guyana aujourd'hui :) Jeune diamond continental. Malgré la réduction, l'alcool se ressent. Le profil est globalement plutôt pâtissier avec un côté amande et beurre qui me fait penser à un macaron. Un peu de fruit du verger et une fraîcheur complète le profil. Ce n'est pas ma préférence.
