"A North Yorkshire distillery in the Dales, making rum and gin. This rum is really good well spiced drinkable with ice or neat, tried with a mixer (coke) but not as good in my opinion. Wensleydale Spiced Rum is distilled, not compounded, and believe it or not the difference in quality is like chalk and cheese. Taste of toffee, vanilla, ginger, black pepper and cardamom"
