"Un rhum goûté au Lucerne Gin and Rum Festival en 2024. Un nez végétal avec du foin et un côté miel agréable. Les arômes en bouche sont en retrait, dilués et marqués surtout par le foin et le boisé. La finale est courte avec les mêmes arômes. Un rhum agréable mais limité dans ses arômes avec un nez agréable et une bouche et une finale unilatérales."
"Overall a great, smooth and round Agricole especially when taking the low age into consideration, that I tasted at Stockholm Beer & Spirits Fair 2023. This rum is a distillate from the Poisson distillery in Marie Galante distilled in their Creole Column. First it’s tropical aged for 4 years in Bourbon barrels on the island. Thereafter it’s picked up by the sailing freighter Tres Hombres in 2023 to get separately finished onboard in Porto Tawny and Pedro Ximenez barrels during 5 months at sea before blended and bottled in 2615 bottles."
