“Un profil très intense, ultra concentré sur la verdure. Le nez révèle des notes de terre, de champignons et de truffe, rappelant l’esprit de Mhoba. On peut ressentir les champs d’herbes et de cannes à sucre dans les narines, accompagnés de quelques fleurs. Un léger fruité et une touche minérale viennent également, mais principalement masqués par l’hégémonie végétale. Au palais, la concentration aromatique reste très importante, avec beaucoup d’herbes, de terre, de fleurs et de cannes à sucre. Ça se bouscule dans tous les sens mais reste plaisant au palais. Le fruit tente de se frayer un chemin aux papilles, mais en vain. L’alcool est bien intégré. La finale est un poil plus épicée. On ressent le côté sec et herbacé qui dure un certain temps en bouche. Un bon rhum blanc de dégustation, au profil concentré et exotique, mais dont le prix fait tout de même défaut.”
