“A rum tasted at the WLP. A very aromatic nose, much more so than the Audacieux. Vanilla and caramel, light oak and tropical fruit, citrus. Surprisingly smooth on the palate, given the ABV. Aromas of chocolate and caramel, young wood. All in balance. A long, gently fading finish. A better rum than Audacieux for my taste. An amazing discovery and integration of alcohol!”

“Für knapp 80% Alkohol ist dieser hier vor allem an der Nase extrem gut integriert und sticht nicht, geschmacklich wiederum ist er schon sehr dominant aber weit entfernt von untrinkbar. Eine Verdünnung auf ca 60% tut ihm dennoch gut und offenbart Noten von Karamell, überreifer Papaya, Thymian und anderen Kräutern. Insgesamt finde ich ihn aber etwas eindimensional und auch der Abgang ist sehr kurz. Auch nichts wovon ich eine Flasche bräuchte.”
