Très gourmand, légère amertume sur la fin de bouche
Round sweetness, nice spice, gallant wood impact - this quality slowly raises Isautier to the new insider tip. We're not going in the direction of the absolute rum Olympus, but for upscale drinking fun, we're in good hands here, even from a price-performance point of view.
Cette nouvelle version de l'Apolonie m'a paru plus convaincante que la précédente. Je la trouve plus fruitée, avec un boisé très marqué mais délicat. Les rhums vieux de la Réunion sont rarement ceux que je préfère mais ces Isautier sont vraiment sympas.
