The "Trinidad HTR" was produced in Trinidad at the Caroni distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Silver Seal. It was distilled in 1997 from Molasses and then aged for 20 years. The rum has an ABV of 64,8% and the mark is HTR. "08.12.2018 Had a wonderful meet up with old and new friends at this wonderful hotel. Notes. Medium to dark colour. Nose: round, wood, caramel, fruity, light rubber and tar. Palate: oily, balanced, wood, light smoke, raisin, light rubber, faint caramel. Finish: long and warm, wood, medium dry, licorice, faint rubber, cherry."
