Damit hatte ich trotz Beschriftung der Probe dennoch nicht gerechnet: Die Nase eröffnet mit starkem Bienenwachs und Honig. Vermutlich durch die Zugabe von Bio-Honig ist der sehr helle, spiced Rum etwas eingetrübt. Geschmacklich geht es dann stark in Richtung Met mit Früchten. Mittellanger süßer und etwas trockener Abgang. Wobei die Honignote sehr lange im Mund zurück bleibt. Eigentlich ganz spannend, weil mal etwas anderes, aber für mich ist er nichts.
