To be honest, I have to admit that the Fonish sets the tone here. You can definitely tell that it's a wine cask. Apart from that, it's still slightly alcoholic, with some sherry recognizable. Really good for a Dictador.
On The Rocks: On the nose has strong brown sugar with moderate fruit/apple notes with underlying alcohol. Taste has a moderate alcohol with a very brief sweetness going into a moderate bitterness. Finish is long with a mild bitterness. This might need a lot more time to breath to release all the flavours. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose mild oak. Taste is very sweet with delicious sherry notes. Medium length finish with the sherry sweetness fading out.
