Quel nez ! Quelle gourmandise où nous retrouvons tout sans excès ! Pas de banane mais des fruits exotiques, du sucre de canne, pas d’arôme trop prononcé, caramel, banane mais que des arômes sur la fraîcheur! Not my cup of tea, very vegetal, earthy, way too much wood
Spicy oak on the nose. The palate is in line with the nose. There's also a note of freshness. You can feel the 3R vintage's structure, with more pep, and it's very appreciable. In short: this is a very nice BDF Martiniquais despite its young age.
Un pur jus goûté en fin de Rhum Fest 2024 donc pas dans les meilleures conditions. Il m'a semblé bon, avec les marqueurs habituels que l'on peut attendre ici : une canne présente, un côté végétal qui amène de la fraîcheur, des agrumes et le piquant qui relève le tout. C'est bon.
