This one is from batch 002. Have also a bottles from batch 001 and batch 003, but haven’t tasted them yet. When I visited Antigua I got the opportunity to visit the distillery and the aging house. My fantastic guide who origins from Madeira and is related to the founders of the brand told me that the Madeira Cask Finish is the one of the three they’re most pleased with in batch 001. But I’m very pleased with the second batch, it’s very well balanced with rich flavors.
