“Un nez assez alcoolique malgré l’ABV bas, le madère est présent et renforce ce côté alcool. Le boisé est assez marqué avec des tannins et de l’amertume. La bouche est beaucoup plus fruitée mais plutôt sur les fruits secs. L’alcool est bien intégré. La finale est de longueur moyenne avec les amers boisés et la vanille. A part le nez c’est un beau rhum, bien fait et agréable.”
