“On The Rocks: On the nose fruit and spice with earthy alcohol undertones. Taste reveals a deeper sweet fruit, oak and spice with alcohol and a gentle burn. Finish is medium length with fruit and spice fading away. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose Dusty Pepsi Zero. Taste is smooth and sweet with a deeper oak flavour profile. Finish is short with the sweetness fading away. This is quite delicious mixed and suggest it is better mixed then on the rocks.”
