On The Rocks: On the nose a moderate fruit and oak with spice and alcohol undertones. Taste is smoother then the 8 and 15 year with more fruit and spice profile. There is a sweetness and oak that is more pronounced. Finish is medium length with the oak and spice lingering. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose it smells like a dusty old warehouse. Taste has a moderate oak and sweetness. Finish is short with the sweet oak fading away. The 21 year is not quite as nice to drink mixed compared to the 8 and 15 year.
