“No big surprise with Fiji, the markers are there. On the nose we recognize very well the profile of this distillery: green tea - waxy and pastry. Embellished with notes of citrus and glue. In the mouth it is round and earthy. It is creamy and buttery. With a pronounced vanilla note. A herbaceous finish with a slight bitterness. This single cask clearly takes the typical markers of the Fijian soil. But it lacks craziness and this is a pity for a budget of a little less than 100€. This is the budget for a Samaroli.”
