“#4465 12.11. 2023 Very nice rum and the price to quality is very good in my mind. Fruity with nice spices and some added wood. Light Agricole notes. The palate is oily and fruity with a light mint note. The finish is medium to long with light added cinnamon. The empty glass has some chocolate and a light grassy note.”

“On the nose, the Saint James profile is immediately apparent: wood, spices and a beautiful floral side with associated yellow fruit. It's fine and smells good. On the palate, it's quite pleasant, but loses all its fruitiness to spices, pepper and dark chocolate. A fine bottle without being exceptional, with good integration of the alcohol. Lacks a little length.”
