“Au nez on a tout de suite le profil Saint James : du boisé, des épices et un beau côté floral avec fruits jaunes associés. C’est fin et ça sent bon. La bouche elle est assez sympa mais perd tout le fruit au profit des épices, du piment et du chocolat noir. Belle bouteille sans être exceptionnelle.”
