It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 12 years 2mo. The rum has an ABV of 55%. “new Yarmouth in perfection despite only 55% "high proof" very fruity after fermented honeydew melon, pineapple etc and after raw cookie dough, honey and a slight saltiness as with brioche with salt butter! unfortunately horny. pity that I have not struck of this at the time to buy, because the also makes a 1A Mai Tai and Corn'n'oil 🤤😭”
