"Interessante Abfüllung. Das Mizunara Fass kommt gut durch, schöne Ingwernote. Drängt sich aber auch nicht zu sehr auf. Mir persönlich etwas zu süß. Trotzdem ein gelungenes Experiment mit dem teuersten Holzfass das mir bekannt ist."
