#5930 07.11.2025 Running some samples because now the weekend is here and I have some serious tasting ahead. Nose Medium intense, light wood, fruity, light banana, light leather, glue, light berries, light ester. Palate Oily, fresh, balanced, fruity, overripe, light ester, berries, faint apple, cinnamon, light nutts. Finish Long and warm, fresh, oily, fruits, cinnamon, light cherry, light citrus. Empty glass Banana, light citrus, cinnamon, jackfruit, light sour.
Je länger er ruht, umso mehr Aromen entfalten sich. Keine Esterbome, aber sehr fruchtig und eine schöne Holzwürze. Das passt hervorragend zusammen. Der Alkohol ist perfekt eingebunden. Ein direkter Vergleich mit RX 10639 steht noch aus...
First time trying a STCE. 15 years in the tropics is something else. Lots of funky shoe on the nose. Cherry up front on the tongue. Water really opens this up. Drying on the finish. I feel like this would actually be slightly better with a little less age.
