To Epris
"I find the nose extremely weak. I perceive light herbal and spicy aromas, as well as some hidden vanilla. The rum is somewhat more present on the palate. It is light and smooth, with a slight sweetness at the beginning, followed by cinnamon spices, some fruit and wood. That fits. The finish is on the woody, herbal side. A passable bottling"
"Franconian Tasting Gang A pleasant surprise for me. Didn't think it would taste so good, thanks Rodolphe for the recommendation. Price/performance is more than okay. Yeh Rod only for thought boys"
"Nose is much worse than taste on the palate. Palate is sweet with fruits and bourbon notes."
"It feels like a mix of a heavier Agricole with bourbon. Interesting one with some root spices like cinnamon, also dried fruit. There's a freshness to it on palate. Let it rest a bit, as after 15 minutes or so it was quite alcoholic, better on this front after a while. Thanks Rodolophe for an opportunity to try."
