"Un Mhoba dans son expression la plus standarde mais qui ne perd rien de son originalitĂ©. Le nez suscite toujours autant de dĂ©bats entre les fruits trĂšs mĂ»rs (banane, ananas), les notes de colle, de caoutchouc et de beurre ainsi que les notes Ă©picĂ©es, toastĂ©es et caramĂ©lisĂ©es. Ce nâest pas aussi extrĂȘme que dâautres embouteillages, mais cela reste accessible (ou rĂ©dhibitoire pour certains). Lâattaque en bouche poursuit sur cette trame dĂ©calĂ©e, Ă la fois fruitĂ©e, vĂ©gĂ©tale, mĂ©dicinale, caoutchouteuse, caramĂ©lisĂ©e et Ă©picĂ©e (gingembre notamment). DerriĂšre cela se cache la canne Ă sucre du terroir sud-africain, qui laisse une belle texture sirupeuse sâappuyer en bouche. Lâalcool est globalement bien intĂ©grĂ©, mais quelques degrĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires nâauraient pas fait de mal. La finale est relativement longue, imprĂ©gnant le palais de ses arĂŽmes si atypiques. On retrouve le gingembre, la canne Ă sucre, les fruits tropicaux, les Ă©pices, les notes toastĂ©es et mĂ©dicinales ainsi que du tabac. Lâensemble est un peu plus sec mais fait preuve de rondeur. Un bon Mhoba de base pour initier quelquâun Ă un produit qui sort de lâordinaire."
