It was distilled in 2011 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 60,1%. Overall, a very round Jamikaner and probably more from the low-ester faction. The nose is very inviting, the palate lacks a bit of what the nose promises. Would guess a Worthy Park...
