It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses and then aged for 18 years. The rum has an ABV of 54,2%. Gefällt mir am Gaumen ein Stück besser als in der Nase, in der eine recht einschneidende Würznote das übrige PM-Profil überlagert. Im Mund schön ausgewogen, etwas Süsse, Holz, Gewürze, medizinische Noten, Lakritz, getrocknete Früchte sowie frische Zitrusaromen…der Rum weiss durchaus zu gefallen.
Richtig intensiver PM mit angenehmer Salznote. Gefällt mir sehr gut.
Sehr sanft für 54.2%, aber PM ist nicht mein Fall.
