Rum Friendly Club Advent Calendar Day 5. Un nez doux de Sherry avec des fruits rouges, presque de la fraise et le bois est en soutient. La bouche part fort avec de l’alcool, du vieux bois et de la vanille mais les fruits rouges impressionnants du nez sont en retrait et peinent à émerger. Je sens un côté vin rouge qui me dérange un petit peu. La finale est dans le prolongement de la bouche avec plus d’amertume boisée et une légère acidité. Un magnifique nez, hélas tempéré par une bouche plus banale. Les amateurs de finition en fûts de Sherry vont adorer.
Solidní Mauricius, do něhož se hodně propsalo oloroso. Ve vůni i v chuti dominují tóny červeného ovoce, sherry a červeného vína, je tam i dřevo a nějaká čokoláda. Celou láhev bych asi nedal, ale jednou za čas, proč ne.

Ať first impression I feel the typical warmth of agricole… The color is dark oak, more dark brown. The nose contains fruits and spices mixed with woody tones. The taste - for me is quite strong - warm, little bit alcoholic, but doesn’t hurt . There are tones of red wine, chocolate, wood…quite interesting is that it’s some kind of sour..definitely not sweet.. I wouldnt buy the whole bottle, because of the price:advantages ratio- i would pick up different bottle..but as a sample….it is fine, interesting, so next one please.
