"Overall much better than expected. It’s fresh and sweet, but not overly sweetened. It’s also intense, smooth and full bodied. Aromas and flavors is fruity, fresh and spicy with figs, dates, raisins and tea recognizable."

"Heute ein paar Rums von Rum Paradise, sind aber alle im unteren Durschnit. Dieser Rum Nation ist auch etwas zu süß. In der Nase lassen sich Vanille und Schokolade erkennen. Am Gaumen dann sehr würzig, aber zuviel Süße dank Vanille und Karamell."

"Auf allen Ebenen sehr künstlich wirkend. Sowohl an der Nase als auch am Gaumen erinnert der Rum mich eher an Gummibananen, dr. Oetker Back-Aroma und so ziemlich die billigste Discounter Schokolade die man finden kann. Dazu schmeckt es nach billigem Grundalkohol. Sorry aber nein danke."

"Overall: Subtle to a fault Nose: Almost imperceptible but I get a hint of toffee and vanilla. Mouth: Toffee and some coffee notes. Finish: Short with fading notes of the toffee, vanilla, and coffee. This is an easy rum to like because it’s so easy drinking. It just lacks the body and flavor staying power to be anything really interesting. Like so many reasonably priced Spanish style rums it dissipates quickly and despite the long aging has a very light character."

"Quite a particular rum. Strong taste of alcohol but leaves a balance of sweetness and spice together. Must say that it is pleasant to have in short sips and possibly good combination for cocktails. Overall it is not a bad experience but can be better. Not suitable for those who are new to rum."

In a while the local shaman starts to sing Icaro and you dive into this song continuing drinking in peace. After your glass is empty, you can wake up. ;)"
