Für mich als Rum unbewertbar. Trinkbar ja, aber das hat nichts mehr mit Rum zu tun. Schwer, ölig, eine alles überladende Süße. Durch den zugesetzten Zucker sehr weich wirkend. Der Sherry ist wahrnehmbar. Irgendwas mit starkem Kaffee wie zum Beispiel Mokka. In der Nase vielleicht etwas Leder und Gebäck. Einige Eindrücke, die alle mit einem Mundgefühl zu tun haben, aber null mit Rum. Als Likör würde er von mir eventuell irgendwas zwischen 6.0 und 7.0 Punkte bekommen.
Super abgefahrener Rum & Sherry Blend. Der Sherry gibt hier definitiv den Ton an und ist sicher extrem alt, der kubanische Rum gibt ihm das entsprechende Rückgrat aber nichtsdestotrotz halt auch extrem süß, dick und schwer in der Viskosität. Abgefahrenes Produkt aber niemals 400€ wert 😆 Hat eher etwas von einem fertigen Rum Cocktail wie ein sweet Manhattan, als von einem richtigen Rum und wird auch definitiv so deklariert sein. Grundsätzlich aber sehr lecker und außergewöhnlich!
