“Un nez complexe et chaleureux avec du jus de pomme, de l’ananas et d’autres fruits tropicaux, du goudron. Ça commence en douceur, puis les arômes envahissent la bouche avec des fruits et de l’atelier mécanique. La finale n’est pas des plus longues. Un très beau Caroni, complexe et profond, même si en comparaison directe, les 92 me semblent nettement au dessus des 94.”
