The "Single Cask Rum" was produced in Fiji at the South Pacific distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Duncan Taylor. It was distilled in 2003 and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 53,8%. This is a limited release and there are only 231 bottles.

Super fruity flowery stuff. In the nose not unlike Jamaican/Hampden rum. More candied in the taste. Lots of tropical fruits. Some dryness/tannins in the taste. I simply love this. So many great flavours.

sehr stimmiger Fiji wenn man auf Salbei, Fahrradschlauch, Muskat, Kardamom und etwas Honig steht. trocken und rauchig aber lange nicht so sehr wie ich es von anderen Fiji's gewöhnt bin.
