Rum Shark Caroni Trinidad Single Cask Selection 1995 28yr 56,2%
The "Trinidad Single Cask Selection" by Rum Shark, distilled at Caroni in 1995, offers a unique Caroni experience. Aged 28 years and bottled at 56.2% ABV, it showcases a well-balanced palate, distinct from typical 'dirty' Caroni rums. Users note its surprisingly smooth and drinkable nature, with comparisons to the Bellamy’s 1998 release. This special rum benefits from Bristol’s quality casks, adding an element of rarity. Keywords: smooth Caroni, Trinidad rum, single cask, aged rum, molasses, Rum Shark selection, Bristol casks. Perfect for collectors and those seeking a distinguished yet approachable Caroni rum.

“Kein dreckiger Caroni, sondern eher ein süßer Vertreter vergleichbar mit dem Bellamys 1998er. Vom Qualitätslevel merkt man, daß die Fässer von Bristol kommen. Aber hoher Seltenheitswert und insgesamt recht süffig.”
