Un rhum produit par Heimat Distillers pour les hôtels Harbr. Couleur très pâle, il a seulement 3 ans de vieillissement. Le nez est très (trop) léger mais avec de beaux parfums de bois jeunes, de sucre brun, de banane et d’agrumes. La bouche est plutôt douce, avec des arômes de caramel, mais aussi de la noix de coco et de l’ananas et un côté crème brûlée. La finale n’est pas si courte avec du bois, des fruits et des épices. Un rhum dont je m’attendais rien ou presque mais qui se révèle bon, avec une grande buvabilité. La rencontre entre les rhums espagnols à faible ABV et la classe des Demerara.
