Wiedermal ein Blindkauf auf Ebay. Arnisser's hatte ich schon ein paar und fand die dem Preis angemessen recht gut. Dieser hier wird mir als Trinidadrum verkauft, nur leider hab ich Null assoziationen dazu. Ich könnte schwören hier einen Guyana im Glas zu haben, speziell Port Mourant. An der Nase zeigt er getrocknete Früchte, die Süße von Sahnetoffee und Schokolade und diese leichte Muffigkeit von Mullbinden. Der Gaumen ist recht alkoholisch, 69% lassen sich schlecht verstecken. Dazu recht süß, mit verbranntem Fass und Würze, dazu Schkolade das Ganze irgendwie speckig. Dies geht fließend in den Abgang über und hinterlässt ein pelziges Mundgefühl. Kein schlechter Rum,aber nicht was ich von Trinidad erwartet hätte. Vielleicht haben die denen ein falsches Fass verkauft. 😀
