"Wow, this Barbancourt is very wild. Fermented fruit, herbal, sharp-edged and medicinal. It will probably present itself better in a cocktail than neat in a glass. Still very interesting, if it weren't for the spiciness."
"On the one hand, unusual and exciting because of this light milky cappuccino, cocoa note. On the other hand, too sharp, too metallic/impure and unfortunately generally very "thin" and unaromatic. Almost meaningless in the daiquiri. Too bad."
"Unfortunately, this one didn't really convince me. It really is something special. For me, the paprika flavors are very dominant here and since I don't really like paprika, not my cup of tea at all. I'll try the rest of the sample in a daiquiri, maybe I'll like it a little better then. But not my cup of tea on its own."
