Admiral Rodney Officer's Releases N1 2006
Most enjoy its smooth, fruity Port-driven sweetness and balanced oak. Some find glue notes or a touch of bitterness. Overall seen as the best, or close, of the Admiral Rodney range.
Bourbon or sherry drinkers and rum fans who like smooth, fruity, Port-influenced sippers with moderate complexity rather than aggressive funk or high ABV power.

How does this rum taste?
Smooth, porty, gently oaky sipper
If you enjoy balanced, wine-finished whiskies or softer Caribbean rums, this rewards attention with Port-driven fruit and gentle oak without overwhelming you with heat or funk.
Those chasing high-ester funk, cask-strength intensity, or very dry, bitter profiles; also not ideal if you dislike fortified wine finishes.
