“Once again a Donq double cask. And this one is also very soft and balanced. Citrus, a little caramel and an earthy, slightly musty note characterize it. If you're looking for something light or want to delve deeper into cask ageing, this is the one for you. The influence of the wine cask is very clear. Pleasant would be the best word for me.”
