“#4179 This is the latest release from Romdeluxe and I like this kind of profile. Fresh and medium fruity with some esters and light wood. ABV is very well integrated and the profile well balanced. The price can be argued though for such a young rum.”

“So on International Rum Day (yes, today, August 16th!), it has to be something that sailors who know all the tricks would like to drink. Yes, the saying "If it's too strong, you're too weak" really applies here. I like the wonderful smell of spicy autumn fire on the nose and the smooth, oily feel on the palate. And yes, you can easily drink this rum neat without water and even taste something - rosehips? That's what I call a real rum!”

“First look at the sample… Buh 85%, that‘s huge. Very spicy in the nose, a lot of fruits, sherry notes and esters. I think there‘s a taste of baked apple too😅 In mouth you can find the same notes, but due the very good integration of the alcohol you can enjoy it „easily“ 😜🤣 The finish is quite long, estery and fruity, without being astringend or pungent. For me this one is overpriced….”
