“Edit: Also als Mixer gefällt er mir um einiges besser als Pur. Sowohl im MaiTai als auch als CubaLibre zu gebrauchen Habe eigentlich mehr funk erwartet und ein bißchen was ausgefalleneres. Er ist noch ziemlich wild und ungestüm. Das war mal wieder ein Vertreter bei dem ich wieder versucht habe ein bißchen mit zusätzlicher Wasserzugabe zu experimentieren. Da muss ich zugeben ist er um einiges gefälliger und wird zum soliden leckeren Sipper. Für das lustige Etikett und die ausgefallene Idee gibt es dieses mal ein Pünktchen extra hinter dem Komma.”

“5 months ago, after tasting a sample of RX15460, I wrote: "I assume that Thai aged rum is on the rise and we can expect some more from the country." Today, I can only confirm that: What a great, mysterious rum, what a positive surprise! Knowing nothing about the rum except the country of origin, I can happily and gratefully speculate based on my perception: The rum strikes me as very old, more like 24 than 12 years. On the nose and palate, I clearly perceive ripe cherries and heavy, rather sweet red wine - perhaps it has aged 24 years in a Thai red wine barrel? 😉 As I said, only imaginative speculation. But the fact is: this is a rum that meets the expectation of even advanced rum drinkers. Try it! But beware: there were only 72 bottles ... Unique.”

“Sehr überraschend. Blind hätte ich auf Foursquare getippt. Viel Holz , Schokolade, Kaffee und etwas Pflaume. Hat viele Bitternoten und wirkt wie sehr lange im Fass.”
