“Finish/PX aging is very dominat with PX sweetness taking the lead on the nose as well as on the palate. This is very approachable and enjoyable, but if I‘m looking for the PX taste, I‘d just buy a bottle sherry.”

“Schmeckt leider eher wie Rum mit PX Sherry statt Rum aus dem PX Fass. Das Fass war wohl noch mehr als “restfeucht” … sehr schade. Etwas zu süß (und da bin ich sehr empfindlich), aber sonst eigentlich ganz gut. Sicher ein schöner Flavour Spike in Cocktails oder zum aufpeppen einer Jamaica/Hampden infinity bottle bzw. Zum blenden mit einem normalen HLCF”
