"Finish/PX aging is very dominat with PX sweetness taking the lead on the nose as well as on the palate. This is very approachable and enjoyable, but if I‘m looking for the PX taste, I‘d just buy a bottle sherry."

"Als würde man Rosinen in Rum jahrelang einlegen und die Rosinen danach auspressen und dazu etwas Bananen Split 😄. Extrem intensive Sherry Noten mit genau der richtigen Menge funkyness. Leckerer als ich erwartet hätte, da mir sonst Sherry echt zu dominant ist, was hier auch der Fall ist aber irgendwie harmoniert es hier echt gut."

"Edit: Jetzt wo die Flasche einige Zeit offen war und durch den vorausgegangen Split wohl ein bißchen mehr Luft bekommen hat, finde ich ihn eigentlich recht süffig. Für den Preis ist der schon als Sipper sehr gut. Den Sherry Einfluss kann man hier definitiv nicht verleugnen. Alles in allem aber denoch ein angenehmer Sipper. Micht stört der Sherry nicht, ist mal ein wenig Abwechslung. Wobei ich seinen Kollegen dennoch lieber mag."

"Im Vergleich zum Pagos deutlich größer Sherry-Einfluss. Wer starke PX-Reifungen mag kommt hier voll auf die Kosten. Sehr süffig."
