Highly praised clairin with vivid sugarcane, fresh olive, ripe fruit and peppery spice. Complex, warming and long-finishing, rewarding patient tasters who enjoy rustic, artisanal character.

How does this rum taste?
Bold, fruity, olive-driven clairin
If you already like high-ester whites or Haitian clairins, this is a must-try: it pushes olive, fruit and sugarcane intensity while staying surprisingly balanced for the ABV.
Those new to rum, sensitive to 55% ABV, or who dislike briny, olive-driven and funky profiles in favor of smooth, sweet, vanilla-led sippers.

i cannot stress enough that the olive notes mentioned are not the typical canned/jarred variety. in fact, each of the notes listed above taste as fresh and organic as one could imagine in a spirit. despite what i have seen and heard from others, i do not pick up on many floral or grassy notes, but this is made up for by the creamy, peppery, citrusy garden of tropical arrangements, with a generous herbaceous quality. the finish is long, silky, and evolving. i am struggling to find anything more to ask for.
I love this Clairin. It bursts with fruit and a touch of brine. Full mouth feel and long finish. Definitely something special.
Perhaps the most balanced and fruity of the clairins I've tasted. There's clearly a touch of olive and funk, but above all beautiful fruit, perhaps apricot and mirabelle plum in addition to banana, mingling with a hint of vegetal, and some sweet vanilla flavors. A sprinkling of spices to keep things interesting, and paf!
Premier Clairin quebje teste.
