“Zunächst finde ich etwas fruchtiges von Sauerkirsche und Pflaume. Je länger ich rieche desto mehr mischt sich eine leichte Essignote unter. Leicht holzig, etwas würzig. Eine florale Süße ist da auch noch. Oh ja, Stachelbeere, das ist es! Die Stachelbeere noch in der Nase, habe ich sie auch am Gaumen. Dazu kommt schnell etwas salzig-süßes und leicht bitteres Holz. Hinten kommt ein grasiger Zuckerrohr-Geschmack, der auch im Abgang verbleibt.”
