“A clean and clinical single cask rum. A demerara style nose, really quite pleasant with toffee and butterscotch. Mouth is a bit more metallic, black cherry, cognac, vanilla and spice. Pirate rum style mouth and nose. Finish is spicey and floral, cinnamon and vanilla. Column still only. Solid rum”
