Mittlerweile muss ich sagen mag ich diese 91er Uitvlugt aus Guyana. Auch dieser ist meines Erachtens wieder schön rund und komplex. Der Alkohol ist gut eingebunden und macht ihn schön süffig. Denoch fand ich manch andere Abfüllungen wesentlich spannender, weil ihm das gewisse Extra noch fehlt, sozusagen das I-Tüpfelchen.
Die trockene Holzigkeit mit den üppigen Anis- und Kräuternoten und den hellen, gelben Früchten braucht zwar durchaus längere Zeit im Glas, um sich voll zu entfalten, aber die sich dabei einstellende Harmonie ist schon eine echt feine Sache. Auch wenn hier nicht auf den Putz gehauen wird, gefällt mir dieser 1991er MPM sehr gut.

Lang gereifter, kontinentaler PM – aber ohne große Überraschungen. Anis, Lakritze, Vanille, Gelbe Früchte, Tee und Süße mit etwas Holz and der Nase … am Gaumen dann noch Fenchel mit dabei und etwas Salzig. Ich glaube ich hatte etwas mehr erwartet.
