The Plantation Extreme No. 2 was produced in Guyana at the Uitvlugt (Port Mourant) distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Maison Ferrand. It was distilled in 1999 from Molasses and then aged for 18 years. The rum has an ABV of 59.7%. This is a limited release and there are only 1000 bottles.
