“Yo les potos, Bielle - Premium 2011 - 🇬🇵 - 45% Une des dernières pepites sortie par Bielle, distillerie emblématique de Marie-Galante que je ne vous présente plus. Il est appelé premium car il a subi une double distillation. La premiere en colonne Savalle et la 2eme en Alambic a repasse Muller. Le distillat obtenu, de 2011, a été mis en vieillissement dans des futs ex-bourbon jusqu'en 2022. En bouche j'ai de la brioche, des fruits tropicaux et jaunes compotées, de l'amande et du miel. On retrouve egalement un léger bois et des épices qui dominaient plus au nez. Equilibre est le mot qui me vient directement lorsque je goute ce nectar, on pourrait le qualifier de "rhum d'été" tellement il se boit sans soif. Santé”
