"08.12.2018 Had a wonderful meet up with old and new friends at this wonderful hotel. Notes. Transparent in colour. Nose: fresh, green, vegetal, fruits, light herbs. Palate: round, grass, herbs, sweet, apple, fruity. Finish: medium long, fruity, vegetal, light smoke, faint olive."
"Total anders! Dumpfe Fruchtigkeit, vergoren, erinnert mich an Spargelwasser. Vielleicht noch mit einem Stückchen Kürbis und Gurke drin. Intensiver Geruch. Da kommt noch etwas blumiges, Veilchen und es schwingt eine Süße mit. Spannend. Am Gaumen wieder dieser vegatible, grüne Eindruck, grasig, grüner Tee, aber auch eine leicht Blumigkeit mit einer schrägen Süße die ich von Cherrytomaten kenne. Im Abgang bleibt der Eindruck von grünem Tee, grasig und fein herb. Genial anders, nicht für jeden Tag, aber eine echte Bereicherung."
