May not have been my favourite but was a good quality rum, well made and quite enjoyable. Probably one of my favourite St Lucian rums as well, not that I have had occasion to try many. This one had a nose that promised some fruit that I don’t quite get on the palate. On the palate the sweetness was more like a honey, and there was far more barrel and spice that came through. Solid rum.
