“Sugar cane, honey, fresh herbs, no doubt about it, this is a Bielle! Unlike some of its overly sweet brothers, with aromas of anise, thyme and licorice, I find this one more balanced and interesting, thanks to lemon zest, green pepper and ginger. The finish seems older, with darker aromas, a little bitterness and an earthy edge. Original finish, but not too much for my taste.”
