Un Bielle équilibré. La bouche est douce, fruitée et sucrée, à la fois fraîche et à la texture gourmande. La finale est longue et plus amère, épicée et terreuse.
Notes prises lors du Rhum Fest 2024, Notes rapides et palais un peu lourd, désolé :) On a ici : un Bielle 5 ans sur le fruit Un rhum : qui ressembler à une belle marmelade à l’orange Finale : boisée et légèrement amère Un vrai coup de cœur ! Stand au top.
Sugar cane, honey, fresh herbs, no doubt about it, this is a Bielle! Unlike some of its overly sweet brothers, with aromas of anise, thyme and licorice, I find this one more balanced and interesting, thanks to lemon zest, green pepper and ginger. The finish seems older, with darker aromas, a little bitterness and an earthy edge. Original finish, but not too much for my taste.
Schöne Facetten eines noch recht jungen Rhum Agricole, der feine Eichenholz Aromen sein Eigen nennt, aber auch überraschend fruchtig und süß ist.
