Excellence Rhum Bielle 04 Collection (10th Anniversary) 2021
Highly praised cask-strength Bielle: ultra-concentrated, very dry agricole with great fruit, vegetal notes and a remarkably well-integrated yet brutal ABV. A serious sipper that rewards slow, careful tasting.
Seasoned agricole fans who enjoy ultra-dry, high-proof spirits with concentrated sugarcane, citrus and spicy heat, and who like to add a few drops of water to explore complexity.

How does this rum taste?
Brutal but beautifully integrated Bielle agricole
If you already enjoy high-proof Bielle or clairin-style agricoles, this is a fascinating step up in intensity—same cane-driven character, just turned up to eleven and best savoured slowly.
Beginners, anyone sensitive to high ABV, or drinkers who dislike dry, vegetal agricoles and prefer softer, sweeter 40–45% rums.

74.5°, yet with superb fruit and exceptional alcohol integration. The passage through the casks has added an interesting complexity, while keeping the alcohol under control. The Bielle hallmarks are also clearly visible.
Etwas Wasser tut ihm sehr gut.
