“Needs quite some time to breath. Once opened up, the nose is pretty well balanced gravitating towards tropical fruits and a hint of honey-sweetness alongside herbal notes. Very nice on the palate with some sweetness and tropical fruits again presenting an oily texture.”

“Strong Clarendon. Otherwise the bitterness predominates, but here everything is quite balanced. Nevertheless, of course, the usual dry tobacco notes. Compared with RX16692 Cadenhead 2010 Clarendon. This one stomps it into the ground. Nice, unique bottling.”

“This is a strong Clarendon that needs its time in the glass. Even after ¾ of an hour, the alcohol is still clearly perceptible. But the spice (licorice, salt, allspice) and dark fruit are very present and clear. No Light sipper but great”
