"#4195 For a young blended rum a pretty ok result. Medium fruity with light profile with some glue and very light esters in my mind."

"Interesting new mixing rum, especially a great daiquiri rum! Pure but a little too thin, unfortunately. The nose is incredibly fun, but the taste isn't quite as fruity as I'd hoped and I don't think the wood quite fits the picture here either... It's a shame that potential was wasted here, either the wood should have been left out completely or allowed to mature longer. As it is, it's a bit of a hermaphrodite and can't decide what it wants to be... On its own, it's also too bitter and medicinal on the finish... But it really cuts an outstanding figure in a daiquiri! The little bit of wood adds some vanilla to the otherwise intense notes of banana, raspberry and green bell pepper."

"All in all, it's not really something I'd like to drink straight again. I can imagine it in a daiquiri etc. or in a TiPunch. Mixed with cola for a CubaLibre, I didn't really like it either."
