It was distilled in 2006 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 16 years. The rum has an ABV of 59,1%. #4291 07.10.2023 this was a 7 hour long event with 3 friends and it was a nice day. This one was nice and the flavours came as soon as it was poured. Nice and fruity profile with natural sweetness the palate is spicy with fruits and vanilla. The finish is long and warm. I really like the minty touch in the profile. The empty glass had eucalyptus and light caramel.
